| Qualifications | - Degree holder or above in Technology or related subjects
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in multinational companies - Experience with desktop software, Microsoft Windows Vista, Office 2007, Lotus Notes and SAP - Experience with Dell, Lenovo and HP hardware and servers - Knowledge with Cisco network equipment, and experience with Wide Area Networking and remote access systems - Experience in installing Data Cabling Systems in difficult environments - Ability to trouble-shoot problems over the telephone and provide solution - Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is preferable - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good team player and ability to work under pressure - Immediate availability is highly preferred |
