| Job Description | Our client is one of the well-established global data center services providers with offices in Hong Kong and overseas. To cope with business growth, they are urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team: |
| Qualifications | -Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years’ Help Desk or Technical Support experience with Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning - Solid experience in providing customer service to international clients - Excellent command of spoken English and fluency in Mandarin is preferable - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Knowledge or experience in office applications, telecommunications equipment and technologies - Certifications in IT industry (CCNA/CCIE/Juniper/Sun etc) is highly preferred -May require to work shift duty and emergency scheduling of work - Immediate availability is highly preferred |
