Job Description

Our client is one of the well-established financial service providers. To cope with their business growth, they are urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their Office in Hong Kong:

Qualifications - Degree holder or above in Business
- At least 5-6 years’ secretarial/administrative experience in serving top management in finance companies
- Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to Managing Partner
- Handle intensive travel arrangement, co-ordinate with the Investor Relations team for meetings and scheduling.
- Handle ad hoc assignment and able to work under very tight schedule
- Excellent command of spoken and written English/Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is preferable
- Good team player and able to handle all levels
- Responsible, energetic, independent and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong PC skill, good at Excel and Powerpoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
