| Job Description | Our client is a multinational company with overseas offices. To cope with their business growth, they are urgently inviting high caliber candidate to join their Office: |
| Qualifications | - Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 7-8 years' solid human resources experience in multinational or sizeable companies - Strong in handling recruitment, and familiar with Compensation and Benefits, - Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment Ordinance - Experience in handling payroll calculation - Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin - Provide professional advice to management regarding HR issues - Good presentation skill and able to handle all levels - Proactive, independent. responsible and well-organized - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Good PC skills in Word and Excel and PowerPoint - Able to work under pressure and extended hours when required - Will also consider less experience as Human Resources Officer - Immediate availability is highly preferred |
