| Qualifications | - Degree in Finance or related discipline
- At least 6-8 years' related experience in compliance, risk management, or audit with legal exposure in banking and finance is highly preferred - Sound knowledge of HKMA/SFC regulations - Strong ability in develop and implement compliance program in monitoring business activities or any related matter - Good experience in supervising juniors and conduct compliance training - Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Good leadership and management skills - Able to work under pressure and extended hours when required - Immediate availability is highly preferred |
