Our client is one of the leading financial service providers with worldwide offices. To cope with their business growth, they are urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their Hong Kong Office:

Qualifications • Diploma in Business or above
• At least 4-6 years’ reception / administrative experience in banking and finance
• Solid experience in handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, arranging meeting and organizing schedule
• Excellent command of written and spoken English , and fluency in Mandarin is a must
• Pleasant, responsible, well-organized, initiative, and helpful
• Good telephone manner and able to handle all levels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills in Word and Excel
• 8 working hours per day from Mon-Friday
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
